Time Relays

Enda ETM, PTM and ATM series digital and analogue time relays, plus Entes thermistor, phase-sequence and current protection relays; from stock.

Time relays open or close a contact after a set time. They are used for star-delta motor starting, delayed start and periodic operations in automation.

We supply Enda’s ETM742, ETM442, ETM1411 and PTM232 digital time relays and the ATM9321, ATSP01, ATSF01, ATP4 and ATSP4 analogue time relays. For motor and panel protection we also supply the Entes PT-01 thermistor relay, FR-02 phase-sequence relay and AKC-01A current protection relay.

FAQ

Time Relays: frequently asked questions

What does a time relay do?

It switches its contact after a set time, for delayed start, run-for-a-period and periodic on-off tasks.

What is the difference between digital and analogue time relays?

On an analogue relay the time is set approximately with a knob. On a digital relay it is set and monitored precisely on a display.

What is a phase-sequence relay for?

It checks the phase sequence and presence on a three-phase supply and protects the motor against reverse rotation and damage. The Entes FR-02 is used for this.
